Simpure guarantees this product within the period of 24 months from the date of purchase and provided the same shall have been examined by an authorized Simpure representative and is found to be defective in workmanship materials or design whereby it is unusable under proper usage and service for the purpose for which it is intended, Simpure guarantees replacement of the goods free of charge
This warranty shall and does not apply where a malfunction results from particular requirements or specifications of a purchaser, i.e., the warranty is limited to such specifications as are stipulated from time to time in the description for the product and the warranty will not apply where malfunction has been caused by careless or improper handling by the purchaser or user or by incorrect fitting or by non-observance of operating or installation instruction or by repair or attempting repair by the purchaser or a third party without consent of Simpure in writing or where it is due in any case to fair wear and tear;
This warranty shall and does not apply to any goods or materials which are second hand;
This warranty does not apply to any goods or materials, components or parts supplied which are not supplied through the agency of or the distributorship of or under the license of ‘Simppure’;
Save aforesaid, Simpure Shall not be under any Liability to the purchaser for any loss, injury or damage whether direct, indirect or consequential suffered by the purchaser or for loss of profits or give the purchaser contribution or indemnity or otherwise in respect of any loss injury or damage arising from or attributable to any such defect and the liability of Simpure is hereby formally limited accordingly.
